This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee essential grant administration tasks and evaluate data pertinent to grantmaking.
• Administer and assist in special projects throughout all phases of WES’ grantmaking cycle operations.
• Facilitate the management of grants during the entire grant lifecycle.
• Create and manage surveys to collect demographic, impact, and various other data from grantee partners.
• Deliver project management assistance to guarantee the effective execution of special projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent professional experience in coordinating administrative tasks.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Robust data management expertise alongside analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in project management.
