This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Grantmaking team
• Support program communications
• Maintain and update the database
• Organize documents and reports
• Translate, draft, edit, review, and proofread documents in various languages
• Generate written content, such as interviews, audio transcriptions, translations, and brief summaries on grant and fellowship initiatives
• Create multimedia materials for publication, including audiovisual content and graphic design projects
• Report directly to the Capacity Building Program Manager
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Engage in monthly mentorship opportunities
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities
• Proficient in internet research
• Innovative in creating Excel template designs
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to produce concise summaries from provided information
• Ability to assist with video editing tasks
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Portuguese and other languages may also be considered
• Passion for Indigenous Peoples’ rights, activism, traditions, conditions, and cultures

• One-time stipend of $500.00 to help with phone, internet, office supplies, and other internship-related expenses
• Monthly mentorship sessions
