Grant Writer – Contingency Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess federal and foundation grants for which TWF qualifies.

• Oversee the writing and submission of grant proposals.

• Collaborate with TWF leadership on program development and budgeting.

• Manage post-award grantee reporting cycles.

• Develop the grant pipeline tracker to serve as the firm's record of non-dilutive capital.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record with federal and foundation grants.

• Previous experience as federal program officers (HRSA, SAMHSA).

• Experience as foundation program officers (RWJF, Annie E. Casey, Conrad Hilton).

• Experience with boutique grant consulting firms.

• Strong preference for candidates with grant experience in behavioral health, workforce development, healthcare workforce, or MBE focus.
