• Conduct comprehensive research to discover grant opportunities that align with Parity Homes’ mission and housing initiatives.
• Stay updated on trends, best practices, and evolving methodologies within the grant funding landscape.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders and program staff to grasp funding requirements and strategic priorities.
• Draft, edit, and prepare grant proposals, letters of intent, and accompanying documents that effectively convey our work, impact, and vision.
• Ensure all submissions adhere to funder guidelines, requirements, and deadlines.
• Oversee the entire grant submission process, ensuring timely and precise application delivery.
• Maintain systematic records of all grant activities, submissions, and communications with funders.
• Follow up with funding agencies to monitor proposal progress and inquiries.
• Assist in managing awarded grants, ensuring compliance with all terms and reporting obligations.
• Work in conjunction with finance and program teams to create financial statements, progress updates, and impact reports.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with funders, partners, and prospective donors.
• Represent Parity Homes in discussions and communications with funding bodies.
• Support strategic planning efforts to align grant-seeking activities with organizational objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in grant writing.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to advance the mission.
• Research at least 5 grant opportunities weekly.
• Prepare and submit 10 high-quality grant proposals monthly.
• Complete timely and accurate reporting for all active grants.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a grant writer with a proven history of successful awards.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with grant databases, online submission platforms, and digital research tools.
• Understanding of the nonprofit sector and funding ecosystem.

• Experience with grant administration and compliance reporting.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Salary Range: $1000 - $1200 / monthly
