This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conducting breakeven analysis and evaluations.
• Formulating risk management strategies that effectively align with the client’s goals.
• Continuously managing price risk in response to market fluctuations, utilizing technical indicators.
• Delivering regular updates and news related to the market, which may include conference calls and publications as necessary.
• Documenting client profiles, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Traveling to client locations to generate new business, as well as undertaking other travel pertinent to the role.
• Leading or assisting with additional assigned projects and responsibilities.
• Preferred educational background in Agriculture-related studies.
• Required to possess a Series 3 Brokers License and a Series 30 Branch Manager License (if applicable), or demonstrate the initiative to obtain all necessary licenses within 90 days of hiring.
• A minimum of 1-5 years of experience related to market exposure or general familiarity with the grain and/or feed industry is REQUIRED.
• A solid understanding of the market fundamentals associated with dairy, grain, and/or livestock operations is essential for this position.
• Knowledge of cash markets and their relationship to CME prices is vital for effective risk management.
• A background in farming, ranching, or related sectors within the dairy, grain, and/or livestock industry is REQUIRED.
