This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Developing the product roadmap during global sprints held every six months.
• Emphasizing design and user experience, even for developer tools and command line applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or another STEM field with programming coursework.
• Confidence to initiate and produce high-quality code in one of the following languages: Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, or Java.
• Familiarity with Ubuntu or another Linux distribution.
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations to achieve remarkable results.
• Results-driven and organized, with a strong desire to fulfill commitments.
• Engagement in personal projects within technology and software engineering beyond academic requirements.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability, and accountability.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Thoughtfulness, self-awareness, and the ability to reflect and evolve.
• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
