This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assisting in all facets of engagement, aiming to become a skilled and adaptable Project Manager.
• Engaging with clients during all stages, including pre-sale, contract finalization, startup, design, implementation, commercial management, and handover.
• Ensuring clients are satisfied with our services—not only in relation to specific enterprise solutions but also with a strong focus on their future strategic requirements.
• As CPS and Microsoft promote sustainability within businesses we collaborate with, effective business change management is a critical component of our delivery.
• Serving clients throughout the UK, with occasional travel and international assignments when necessary.
• A self-motivated individual eager to enhance both personal and organizational knowledge and skills, with a proactive 'make it happen' approach.
• Responsible for managing several small projects while also providing support for Project Management tasks on larger engagements as needed.
• Applying essential Project Management controls, including:
• - Communication (Stakeholder & Team)
• - Scope & Expectation Management
• - Change Control
• - Planning & Resource Management
• - RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency) Management
• - Acceptance of deliverables and Financial Control (Billing)
• - Performance reporting for both internal and client-facing activities (highlight reporting, cost status reporting)
• Effective time management, expectation management, and clear communication are crucial to the commercial aspects of engagements.
• Ensure all activities are delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget, ensuring clients have a positive experience with CPS.
• A calm, friendly, approachable individual who quickly builds relationships.

• Proven record of delivering a successful project, whether in a professional, educational, or personal context.
• Understanding of project financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end project lifecycle and various project execution methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience in a Project Coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.
