This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Gain hands-on experience by working directly in sales.
• Take ownership of your own projects as well as collaborative projects that tackle current business challenges.
• Experience learning through job shadowing and practical training.
• Expand your perspective by being exposed to various business areas.
• Collaborate closely with international and cross-functional teams.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company: gain insights into various departments — from production and sales to the Technical Center and corporate headquarters.
• Participate in customer visits and play a role in operational business processes.
• Receive training on products, markets, and business intelligence.
• Acquire insights into strategic decision-making at the European level.
• Education: You have completed a degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in a business, technical, or analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, or Engineering).
• Skills & Mindset: You don't need to meet every requirement fully — what matters is that you exhibit many of the following strengths:
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• A strong affinity for numbers, with a robust understanding of data and its interrelationships.
• A keen interest in digital tools and a willingness to embrace AI in sales and decision-making scenarios.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• High levels of commitment and a strong drive to achieve results.
• Customer-focused thinking and an eagerness to understand customer needs.
• Language skills: Proficient in both German and English, written and spoken (at least C1 level).
• Locations & Mobility: Your onboarding will occur locally in Germany, with potential assignments across various regions (north, east, south, and central Germany).
• You possess a valid driving license (Class B).
• A willingness to travel internationally and work in an intercultural environment.
