Graduate Coach – Undergraduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct personalized counseling sessions with applicants to enhance their extracurricular profiles and applications.

• Engage in remote meetings with students.

• Review and edit essays, offering constructive feedback to nurture students’ independent writing abilities.

• Provide thorough support to students as they navigate their application processes.

• Create innovative and practical projects to enhance students’ extracurricular experiences.

• Collaborate with a team of up to three counselors and a Senior Counselor Mentor to ensure each student's progress is supported.

• Manage a caseload of 0-15 students, based on availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills.

• Experience working directly with students.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university.

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree and/or PhD.

• (Bonus) Teaching experience with high school, college, or graduate students.

• (Bonus) Experience in admissions.
