This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will experience a rotation through various departments, dedicating substantial time to each area:
• Finance - Engage directly with budgeting, financial reporting, and the metrics that guide business decisions. Develop commercial insight and learn how an expanding organization manages its resources.
• Marketing - Contribute to campaigns, content creation, branding, and market positioning. Discover how to effectively share C-Serv's narrative with clients and candidates globally.
• Operational Management - Gain an understanding of the daily functions of the business. From enhancing processes to coordinating across departments, you will observe how effective operations foster growth.
• Recruitment - Immerse yourself in our primary service area - learning to identify, evaluate, and place outstanding technology talent. Obtain firsthand experience in candidate management, client relations, and the complete delivery lifecycle.
• CEO Support - An exceptional chance to work closely with our CEO, assisting on strategic initiatives, internal projects, and business-wide priorities. You will gain valuable insights into the leadership of a growing global enterprise.
• Upon completion of the program, you will select the business area you found most enjoyable and transition into a permanent position within that function, supported by a clear development plan and team backing.
