Government Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of 45+ North American clients, focusing on onboarding, growth in adoption, retention, and upselling.

• Foster strong client relationships.

• Collaborate closely with a junior Government Success Manager to identify synergies and enhance the strategy for North American clients.

• Serve as a thought leader on public participation for civil servants through workshops, training sessions, remote video calls, and the creation of content like guides and articles.

• Partner with the North American Director and Head of Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy.

• Grow the client base by offering expert insights, presenting at webinars, and assisting the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience showcasing project and change management abilities in a partner- or client-facing capacity.

• At least 5 years of experience in the public sector.

• An existing network that can be utilized is advantageous.

• Outstanding English communication skills.

• Capability to lead client group discussions and establish one-on-one relationships with community engagement professionals and senior management.

• Highly organized, with the capacity to develop structure and processes in uncertain situations.

• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on speed and action.

• Experience in customer success management should be mentioned in the application response.
