This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee a portfolio of more than 45 clients across North America, focusing on onboarding, growth in adoption, retention, and upselling.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance intimacy.
• Collaborate closely with a junior Government Success Manager to identify synergies and enhance the approach for North American clients.
• Serve as a thought leader in public participation for civil servants through in-person workshops, training sessions, remote video calls, and the creation of content such as guides and articles.
• Partner with the North American Director and Head of Marketing to develop and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Broaden the client base by offering expert insights, presenting at webinars, and assisting the sales team.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience showcasing project and change management skills in a client-facing or partner role.
• At least 5 years of experience within the public sector.
• An existing network in the public sector is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Capability to lead client group sessions and foster one-on-one relationships with community engagement professionals and senior management.
• Highly organized, with the ability to establish structure and processes in uncertain environments.
• A results-oriented mindset with a preference for speed and decisive action.
• A willingness to learn, along with talent and enthusiasm; candidates are not required to fulfill every listed criterion.
