This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Medicare and Medicaid provider networks for Teladoc Health Medical Group.
• Conduct regular checks on the enrollment status of individual practitioners within Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Associate individual practitioners enrolled in Medicaid with the THMG Medicaid group enrollments.
• Assist practitioners with their Medicaid enrollment applications by pre-filling data, gathering required documents, and submitting applications.
• Manage the addition and removal of individual practitioners from the Medicare/Medicaid networks on the consultation platform.
• Complete group Medicaid enrollment applications and liaise with Medicaid agencies throughout the approval process.
• Fulfill periodic Medicaid revalidation applications.
• Update group enrollments to accurately represent the current composition of the THMG network.
• Generate monthly reports on the status of Medicare/Medicaid networks.
• Create monthly reports tracking individual progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct ad hoc reporting to resolve discrepancies in Medicare/Medicaid claims.
• Document current processes related to assigned networks.
• Address organization-wide inquiries concerning assigned Medicare/Medicaid networks.
• Provide additional reporting, analytics, and other tasks as required.
• Preferred 1–2 years of experience in Medicare/Medicaid network management, though not mandatory.
• Preferred 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or operations setting, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in effective communication with providers, team members, and senior management.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to facilitate discussions in group settings.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High energy level, enthusiasm, and a commitment to achieving success.
• Adaptability to rapid changes while meeting strict deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
