This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee SAM.gov and other pertinent state, local, authority, and public-sector procurement platforms.
• Discover opportunities that align with AlphaGov's workforce intelligence and government advisory services.
• Analyze requests for proposals, requests for qualifications, invitations to bid, sources-sought notices, and additional procurement documents.
• Summarize solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and submission guidelines.
• Assess potential opportunities for strategic alignment, eligibility, competitiveness, delivery risk, and resource needs.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline of active and prospective government opportunities.
• Monitor amendments, inquiries, deadlines, award notifications, and procurement updates.
• Create proposal schedules, compliance checklists, responsibility matrices, and submission strategies.
• Facilitate proposal development in collaboration with leadership, consultants, researchers, and subject-matter experts.
• Collect necessary resumes, past-performance data, references, certifications, representations, pricing inputs, and administrative documents.
• Ensure that proposals meet all solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Review proposals for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Manage the final assembly and submission of proposals through the designated government portal or delivery method.
• Keep an organized library of reusable proposal content, qualifications, resumes, project descriptions, and supporting documents.
• Examine contract terms, deliverables, reporting obligations, milestones, and performance benchmarks.
• Maintain contract files and records throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Monitor deliverables, deadlines, invoices, modifications, renewals, options, and closeout requirements.
• Coordinate necessary reports and documentation with internal project teams.
• Assist in communication with contracting officers, procurement representatives, program managers, and agency stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in U.S. government contracting, procurement, proposal management, or contract administration.
• Experience with federal, state, or local government solicitations and contracts.
• Proven ability to review RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, sources-sought notices, and related procurement documents.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov and government procurement platforms.
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation principles and typical government contract requirements.
• Experience in creating compliance matrices, proposal timelines, and submission checklists.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate professionally with U.S. government officials, executives, consultants, and business partners.
• Good judgment in evaluating compliance requirements, contractual risks, and submission obligations.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
