This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and manage strategic initiatives.
• Create and revise corporate governance policies, standards, and manuals.
• Assist with the operations of the Board of Directors, various committees, and executive management.
• Organize agendas, minutes, and materials for governance-related meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Aid in maintaining the corporate governance calendar.
• Guarantee the accuracy of information presented to senior management.
• Perform benchmarking and suggest enhancements to governance processes.
• Contribute to projects focused on ESG, succession planning, transparency, and sustainability.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in corporate governance.
• Background in drafting policies, minutes, and formal documents.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
• Proficient writing skills for institutional documents.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with governance management tools (preferred).
