Governance and Resilience Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the governance of collaboration platforms, such as M365 workspaces, SharePoint, Teams, and Groups.

• Evaluate governance and resilience reports utilizing Excel and PowerPoint, while developing Power BI dashboards for in-depth analysis and suggesting improvements.

• Gather requirements for Power BI dashboards and visual representations.

• Aid in the administration of Information Governance and Business Resilience frameworks, standards, procedures, and guidance documents.

• Organize governance activities, including policy reviews, control assessments, issue tracking, and remediation monitoring.

• Maintain governance repositories, documentation libraries, and supporting evidence for compliance activities.

• Monitor action items, risks, exceptions, and program commitments until completion.

• Assist in preparing materials for governance committees, leadership reports, and executive presentations.

• Oversee compliance with governance requirements and escalate any gaps or concerns as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in the Operations field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Technical expertise in dashboard and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Experience in a collaborative team setting.

• Proven organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
