This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Evaluate and strengthen Google Workspace security settings, encompassing MFA enforcement, reviews of administrator privileges, security policies, sharing controls, audit logging, and third-party OAuth/application access.
• Perform identity and access governance assessments, which include validating user/group/admin access, conducting privileged access reviews, assessing MFA coverage, reviewing OAuth/SSO application inventories, and evaluating joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation, such as remediation plans, governance procedures, exception logs, evidence packages, quarterly access review templates, and executive-ready reports.
• Construct and analyze endpoint inventories while evaluating security measures like device encryption, patch management, local administrator rights, screen-lock policies, device enrollment, and offboarding/wipe procedures.
• Offer decision support and advice concerning endpoint management and security solutions, including Google Endpoint Management, Microsoft Intune, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and MSP/MSSP-managed models (decision support only; no tooling implementation is required).
• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders while following established documentation standards, confidentiality protocols, and quality review procedures.
• Practical experience in securing and managing Google Workspace environments, focusing on security hardening and policy implementation.
• Strong expertise in identity and access management (IAM), privileged access reviews, MFA implementation, access governance, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience in conducting cybersecurity assessments and developing remediation plans, risk registers, audit evidence packages, and security documentation.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls, device management, and best practices for endpoint governance.
• Exceptional skills in documentation, reporting, and communication, with the capability to produce client-ready deliverables.
• Professional-level English communication skills, enabling direct interaction with stakeholders.
