Google DialogFlow Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the Bot Development team, focusing on the implementation of a novel bot solution across diverse cloud platforms.

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using top-tier Conversational AI platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, Google CCAI, and Dialogflow CX.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that complies with industry best practices and standards.

• Create custom components and tools to enhance the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and meet user expectations.

• Utilize natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM), and machine learning (ML) methodologies, including Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML), to enable our chatbots to understand and intelligently respond to user inquiries.

• Seamlessly integrate chatbot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs to ensure smooth data exchange and interactions.

• Analyze logs and debug code to investigate and resolve complex technical issues, driving continuous improvement.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework.

• Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI.

• Significant experience with the new LLM (playbook) feature in Dialogflow CX, along with traditional Dialogflow CX functionalities.

• Comprehensive understanding of Google as a Software-as-a-Service platform.

• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills within complex, distributed environments.

• Familiarity with SQL and experience in working with relational databases.

• Experience with integrating web services into applications.

• Proficient in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: Experience with programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.

• Familiarity with automated testing practices.
