This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Stay informed about advancements in Google CES, generative AI, and NLP trends to recommend and incorporate new capabilities.
• Play a key role in developing innovative solutions and accelerators on the Google CES platform.
• Ensure excellence in delivery and scalability of solutions by utilizing best practices and established technical strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Oversee the architecture and development of Google Cloud environments specifically tailored for Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience (GECX) deployments.
• Design and implement secure integrations between GECX, Google Cloud AI services, and external platforms.
• Configure identity and access management (IAM) and secure service accounts to guarantee governed access to GECX components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or customer experience, with a specialization in AI/ML solutions.
• Preferred: Active Google Cloud Professional Certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Professional Data Engineer.
• Practical experience with Google Customer Engagement Services (previously CCAI).
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven customer engagement or contact center solutions.
• Strong grasp of customer experience design, contact center operations, and essential CX metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences.
