This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Overseeing and enhancing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and Video for a range of eCommerce clients.
• Taking responsibility for the daily health of accounts — including budget management, pacing, performance tracking, and proactive optimizations.
• Creating and launching new campaigns, ad groups, and feed-based shopping structures with accuracy.
• Performing keyword research, analyzing search terms, and managing keywords on an ongoing basis.
• Designing and implementing A/B tests for ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Collaborating with our creative team to provide briefs and align on visual assets.
• Compiling clear, data-driven performance reports and engaging in client communications.
• Engaging in client calls and internal strategy discussions, confidently representing your accounts.
• Keeping abreast of updates, betas, and best practices within the Google Ads platform, and sharing valuable insights with the team.
• Ensuring adherence to Google Ads policies and managing ad approvals.
• Scaling campaigns based on performance metrics and return on investment objectives.
• Diagnosing tracking issues and overseeing tag implementation.
• Developing and maintaining product data feeds using DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center.
• 2–4 years of practical experience with Google Ads in the eCommerce sector, with some exposure to agency or multi-client environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max — with an ability to prioritize and understand how these campaign types interrelate.
• Capable of managing accounts with significant ad spend — treating a client’s budget with the same care as your own.
• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret dashboards and formulate pertinent questions rather than just reporting numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) — comfortable engaging with clients and effectively participating in discussions.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a remote work setting — you take initiative without waiting for directions.
• Naturally collaborative — you celebrate successes, promptly raise concerns, and contribute to team efforts beyond your individual responsibilities.
• Familiarity with feed management platforms (e.g., DataFeedWatch).
• Experience with cross-platform paid media (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation.
• Experience with cross-channel campaigns in conjunction with Meta or other paid platforms.
• Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max).
• Previous experience working with eCommerce brands based in the US or AU.
