This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Overseeing and enhancing Google Ads campaigns across various formats including Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and Video for a range of eCommerce clients.
• Taking responsibility for daily account health, focusing on budgets, pacing, performance monitoring, and proactive optimization.
• Creating and launching new campaigns, ad groups, and feed-based shopping structures with meticulous attention to detail.
• Performing keyword research, analyzing search terms, and managing keywords on an ongoing basis.
• Designing and implementing A/B tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Collaborating with our visual creators to provide briefs and ensure alignment on creative assets.
• Compiling clear, insight-driven performance reports and assisting in client-facing communications.
• Engaging in client calls and internal strategy meetings, confidently representing your accounts.
• Keeping abreast of Google Ads platform updates, new features, and best practices, while sharing valuable insights with the team.
• Ensuring adherence to Google Ads policies and managing ad approvals.
• Expanding campaigns based on performance metrics and return on investment targets.
• Resolving tracking issues and overseeing tag implementation.
• Developing and maintaining product data feeds utilizing DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center.
• 2–4 years of practical Google Ads experience within eCommerce, including some exposure to agency or multi-client environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max — with insight into how these campaign types interrelate and how to prioritize them effectively.
• Comfortable managing accounts with significant advertising budgets, treating client finances with the same care as your own.
• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret dashboard data and formulate the right questions, rather than just reporting numbers.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills (in English) — capable of corresponding with clients and maintaining a strong presence during calls.
• Independent and proactive in a remote work setting — taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.
