Golf Simulator Installation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Installation Operations Manager to comprehend and confirm all project specifications and prerequisites prior to installation.

• Execute high-quality, comprehensive installations of Trackman Golf Simulators.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Offer simulator client support in accordance with our existing policies and agreements.

• Develop and implement best practices and innovative ideas related to product installations.

• Support the Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as necessary to enhance the Trackman business.

• Set a positive example by exhibiting an attitude of safety, cost efficiency, asset management, and professionalism to all indirect supervision.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with employees, customer representatives, and private homeowners.

• Proficient analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Knowledge of safe power tool usage.

• Good understanding of basic AV and PC components.

• Basic familiarity with golf and/or the golf swing.

• Ability to read directions, write reports, and complete after-action forms.

• Passion, drive, a strong work ethic, and the capability to take initiative without direct supervision.

• Pride in knowing you have created the customer's ideal golf simulator.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; approximately 39 weeks a year.

• Capability and desire to work independently.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Minimum educational requirement of a High School diploma or GED.
