Golang Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Development of scalable backend services utilizing Golang.

• Design and enhance React-based dashboards.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and engage in system architecture.

• Propel improvements in performance, scalability, and security.

• Work in close collaboration with RAN engineers and interdisciplinary teams.

• Serve as Scrum Master within a cross-functional team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in the field of software development.

• Advanced proficiency in Golang and React.js.

• Familiarity with microservices, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Strong knowledge of telecom systems or RAN KPIs is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration.
