This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Design and implement comprehensive automation workflows and triggers to enhance lead nurturing and conversion efforts.

• Create, develop, and refine high-converting landing pages, funnels, and membership sites using the GHL platform.

• Oversee and sustain CRM architecture, ensuring precise data segmentation and accurate lead attribution.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SMTP, domain setups, and third-party integrations.

• Construct and execute SMS and email marketing sequences that promote engagement and customer retention.

• Review account snapshots and conduct regular audits to guarantee optimal performance across all client sub-accounts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

• In-depth knowledge of CRM functionalities, workflow triggers, and custom values/fields.

• Familiarity with Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat) for linking GHL to external applications.

• Strong technical understanding of DNS configurations, email deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and webhooks.

• Capability to operate independently in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects at once.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey intricate technical workflows into actionable business strategies.

• Experience in CSS/HTML for advanced funnel customization.

• Knowledge of integrating Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads.

• Background in copywriting or conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• GHL Certification or relevant specialized training credentials.
