GoHighLevel Automation Developer – Executive Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and oversee GoHighLevel automations, funnels, workflows, and CRM systems.

• Create onboarding systems and backend operational processes from the ground up.

• Oversee CRM organization, tagging, pipelines, lead tracking, and automation sequences.

• Assist with executive operations and administrative tasks as required.

• Ensure workflows and systems are efficient, scalable, and well-documented.

• Track and enhance automation performance and overall system functionality.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, CRM, and automation.

• Uphold confidentiality and implement proper access/security controls across platforms and systems.

• Work independently with internal teams and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical experience with GoHighLevel.

• In-depth understanding of backend systems, workflows, and automation development.

• Proven experience in creating onboarding systems and managing CRM processes.

• Capability to independently construct and implement systems from scratch.

• Prior experience with marketing agencies is strongly preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Canadian regulations, especially Ontario PIPA/privacy compliance.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
