GoHighLevel and Automations Specialist – Fitness Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance GoHighLevel automations for the management of inbound leads.

• Create and sustain n8n integrations connecting GoHighLevel with other business systems.

• Design AI chatbots and conversational flows to engage, qualify, and nurture incoming leads.

• Oversee CRM pipelines and lead stages to ensure precise tracking and follow-up.

• Construct automated systems for appointment booking, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up sequences.

• Craft persuasive nurturing content for email and SMS automation campaigns.

• Monitor and refine workflows to boost lead conversion rates and operational efficiency.

• (Preferred) Develop reporting dashboards to monitor lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel.

• Extensive experience in creating automations for handling inbound leads.

• Practical experience with n8n integrations (required).

• Background in building AI chatbots and conversational workflows.

• Experience in managing CRM pipelines and lead tracking.

• Expertise in creating appointment booking and follow-up automations.

• Strong copywriting abilities for lead nurturing through email and SMS.

• (Preferred) Familiarity with Mindbody and the Mindbody Marketing Suite.

• (Nice to Have) Experience in developing reporting dashboards and tracking lead sources and conversion metrics.
