This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of MQL to Opportunity conversion, focusing on volume, velocity, and quality.
• Track and ensure compliance with SLA requirements and timelines for funnel stage progression across Marketing and Sales.
• Identify bottlenecks, leakage points, and inefficiencies within the funnel, driving actionable enhancements.
• Lead the execution of the Health & Discipline framework, promoting consistent adoption across various regions.
• Maintain and improve account-centric GTM visibility encompassing accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness within Salesforce and related GTM systems.
• Support the governance and optimization of Salesforce campaign hierarchy and attribution models.
• Create and manage dashboards to track conversion rates and funnel velocity, pipeline progression and coverage, as well as SLA adherence and discipline metrics.
• Convert data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to promote the adoption of GTM standards and processes.
• Assist with GTM Enablement initiatives, particularly within the Service Provider ecosystem.
• Serve as a liaison between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across teams and systems.
• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce, including campaigns, opportunities, reporting, and data models.
• Proven ability to analyze funnel metrics such as MQL, SQL, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Experience in building dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify root causes and generate actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of GTM processes, funnel management, and pipeline governance.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment with multiple stakeholders.
