This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of competitive intelligence at Pennylane.
• Identify the ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for each market segment.
• Establish an ambitious annual market forecast and ensure thorough reporting.
• Develop and implement suitable pricing strategies for each market.
• Determine the positioning of each feature across our various plans.
• Establish our internal discount policy and outline Commercial Operations.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of implementing each offering (CRM, PL).
• Provide business insights to Product Managers (PMs).
• Collaborate closely with Enablement and Marketing teams to define key messages for significant features.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven success in roles such as Market Manager, Growth Manager, Head of Commercial Strategy, or Product Marketing Manager (PMM).
• Extensive knowledge of the SaaS and AI landscapes.
• Interest in financial and management software, e-invoicing, and their key personas (CFOs, Accountants, Executives).
• Impact-driven and pragmatic: capable of creating a roadmap, removing obstacles, and managing projects independently across multiple stakeholders (PMM, Pricing, Ops, Sales...).
• Ability to prioritize based on business potential, construct a business plan/forecast with well-founded assumptions, and demonstrate strong proficiency with data tools (BI, Excel, AI).
