• Evaluate existing proposal and response materials in Responsive for precision, relevance, and clarity.
• Revise and enhance content to boost readability, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Identify outdated, duplicate, or unused content and assist with cleanup, consolidation, and archiving initiatives.
• Implement standardized naming conventions, tags, and metadata to enhance searchability and reuse.
• Provide support with light content writing, summaries, and standardization of content as required.
• Document gaps in content, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with full-time team members to gain insights into content usage and priorities.
• Adhere to established content governance and quality standards.
• Actively pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written communication and editing capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Proficient in working with written content in digital tools or content management systems.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and adhering to structured processes.
• Preferred experience in content cleanup, editing, or writing projects.
• Familiarity with proposal writing, RFP responses, or business writing is a plus.
• Interest in healthcare, technology, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Experience with tools like Responsive, SharePoint, Highspot, or similar platforms (not mandatory).
• Video participation is mandatory for virtual meetings.
