This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Evaluate existing proposal and response materials in Responsive for precision, relevance, and clarity.
β’ Revise and enhance content to boost readability, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
β’ Identify outdated, duplicate, or unused content and assist with cleanup, consolidation, and archiving initiatives.
β’ Implement standardized naming conventions, tags, and metadata to enhance searchability and reuse.
β’ Provide support with light content writing, summaries, and standardization of content as required.
β’ Document gaps in content, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
β’ Collaborate with full-time team members to gain insights into content usage and priorities.
β’ Adhere to established content governance and quality standards.
β’ Actively pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ Excellent written communication and editing capabilities.
β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or errors.
β’ Proficient in working with written content in digital tools or content management systems.
β’ Capable of managing multiple tasks and adhering to structured processes.
β’ Preferred experience in content cleanup, editing, or writing projects.
β’ Familiarity with proposal writing, RFP responses, or business writing is a plus.
β’ Interest in healthcare, technology, or enterprise software is preferred.
β’ Experience with tools like Responsive, SharePoint, Highspot, or similar platforms (not mandatory).
β’ Video participation is mandatory for virtual meetings.
