Go-To-Market Expert / Project Lead – DE sprechend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Project Lead and GTM Expert, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the strategic success of our customer collaborations.

• You will independently guide our clients through the entire Peakora Journey in collaboration with our GTM Engineers: from strategic planning to successful implementation, including results, satisfaction, and contract renewals.

• Make strategic decisions regarding ICP definition, messaging, conversion strategies, and channel selection in partnership with our GTM Engineers and your clients.

• Oversee market mapping, design conversion strategies, and launch campaigns for our clients.

• Coordinate the collaboration between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mindset: We are looking for experienced professionals who have successfully scaled companies, not entry-level candidates.

• 5+ years of experience in building and scaling Go-To-Market systems in B2B companies.

• Proven track record of successfully scaling companies, ideally with notable firms in your history.

• In-depth experience in defining ICPs, conversion strategies, and multi-channel campaigns.

• Familiarity with modern sales and marketing tech stacks, particularly CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).

• Experience with outbound and lead generation tools.

• Knowledge of data and signal tools.

• AI & Automation experience is a plus.

• Highly structured work style and the ability to manage projects independently.

• Excellent communication skills at the C-level: you are a trusted advisory figure for decision-makers.

• Experience in managing client projects and serving in a coaching or consulting role is an advantage.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Available for at least 80% (part-time or full-time).
