This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Configure and oversee the Go HighLevel CRM, including pipelines and contact records.
• Develop and enhance automations, workflows, triggers, and marketing campaigns.
• Establish and maintain funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and surveys.
• Manage email, SMS, and voicemail marketing initiatives.
• Resolve automation errors, delivery challenges, and system conflicts.
• Ensure data integrity, tagging structures, and pipeline stages are maintained.
• Create and modify basic graphic elements for landing pages, emails, and funnels.
• Design straightforward visuals using platforms such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
• Maintain brand consistency across all CRM assets.
• Track campaign performance and suggest enhancements.
• Conduct tests on workflows and user journeys to ensure precision and effectiveness.
• Document procedures and produce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CRM usage.
• Demonstrated experience as a Go HighLevel Specialist or CRM Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of automations, triggers, workflows, and pipelines within Go HighLevel.
• Proven experience in creating funnels and landing pages in Go HighLevel.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing intricate CRM configurations.
• Basic graphic design proficiency (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
