GMC Master Auto Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute vehicle repair and maintenance tasks in accordance with repair orders and dealership as well as factory standards.

• Regularly engage with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to oversee production and facilitate customer communication.

• Identify malfunctions and carry out authorized repairs.

• Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and offer recommendations for safety and reliability.

• Record all work completed on each vehicle's repair order.

• Maintain a stock of standard Technician tools that are not categorized as special tools.

• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins.

• Attend factory-sponsored training sessions as needed.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience to foster loyalty.

• Meet or exceed targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive technology.

• Automotive technical training that varies according to store requirements.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Valid in-state driver’s license with a satisfactory and safe driving record.
