This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Developing web development strategies and functionalities for both international and local clients, which includes onboarding web development and engineering teams.
• Collaborating with regional teams to ensure that local websites are culturally appropriate and accurately represent the markets of the in-country teams.
• Overseeing site performance, mobile responsiveness, XML sitemaps, and crawl errors to guarantee high rankings on search engines.
• Performing keyword analysis and partnering with content teams to optimize the website for competitive search phrases.
• Ensuring that each local version of the site complies with core brand standards and messaging.
• Managing the infrastructure that links the International site to local subsidiaries, ensuring updates are synchronized across the entire ecosystem.
• Analyzing user navigation patterns on the site and eliminating "friction points" that may lead to potential leads dropping off.
• Acting as the "Super Admin" for the WordPress CMS, overseeing user permissions and plugin/theme updates.
• Serving as the gatekeeper for all new site content to ensure correct formatting, SEO tagging, and tracking enablement.
• Proactively identifying broken links, 404 errors, and display issues across various browsers and devices.
• Generating monthly dashboards for leadership that monitor traffic, lead sources, and "assisted conversions" (the impact of the web on sales).
• Ensuring that the website interfaces correctly with the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to prevent lead loss during transfer.
• Collaborating with Lyra Tech and Compliance to confirm that SSL certificates are active and the site is safeguarded against DDoS attacks or hacking attempts.
• Ensuring all sites remain compliant with changing global regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and Cookie Consent laws.
• Maintaining WCAG compliance to ensure the site is accessible for individuals with disabilities, thereby reducing legal risk.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex, multi-regional or multi-lingual websites (preferably in B2B or global B2C sectors).
• Extensive hands-on experience as a WordPress Administrator (including knowledge of plugin ecosystems, multisite architecture, and user governance).
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing SEO/GEO tools.
• Strong knowledge of web-to-CRM integrations (particularly with Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) and their effects on site speed, Core Web Vitals, and responsive design.
• Good working knowledge of global data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA) and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exceptional communication abilities with a proven track record of collaborating with various stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach to troubleshooting, analyzing user behavior, and reporting to executives.
• A keen eye for quality assurance, formatting, and technical inaccuracies.
