This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate closely with senior members of the EMEA GWMS team to support capital raising initiatives within the region.
• Work alongside global product specialists and investor relations teams to streamline information for LP inquiries and marketing materials.
• Oversee investor research and prepare materials for roadshows, presentations, and pitches.
• Stay updated on the latest product performance developments, proactively offering aftersales support for all products, particularly focusing on evergreen offerings.
• Provide operational assistance in product structuring, marketing/event requests, and updates to promotional materials.
• Participate in research meetings and create organized summary notes, clearly outlining all action items and deadlines.
• Manage Salesforce/CRM activities and associated data requests efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding and professional client service, consistently embodying Apollo’s core values.
• Play an active role in strategic discussions and collaborate effectively with CPS colleagues, investment teams, and external partners.
• Develop into a position of ownership for client accounts, fostering relationships within industry networks.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or investor relations, preferably at an alternative asset management firm or investment bank.
• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university.
• Fluency in French is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial markets is required; familiarity with the private markets landscape (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, private equity) is preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability for driving processes to completion.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and credibility with external clients.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated work ethic, with a focus on achieving results.
