Global Vice President Finance & Controlling – CFO, Business Unit Moulded Glass

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overall accountability for the financial administration and ongoing enhancement of a globally operating business unit

• Close collaboration with the Business Unit CEO as a strategic advisor

• Active involvement in strategy formulation and business development

• Oversight of investments and growth initiatives

• Leadership of all M&A activities, encompassing valuation, transaction management, and integration

• Accountability for financial oversight, KPI systems, and clear performance analysis

• Ensuring effective reporting to management and the Group

• Complete responsibility for liquidity and cash flow management

• Ensuring compliance, governance, and internal control frameworks

• Leadership, development, and transformation of the finance organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent qualification

• Over 10 years of professional experience in senior finance positions, preferably in an international setting

• Competence in leadership and management

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, internationally oriented organizational units

• Strong strategic skills and experience in crafting and executing business strategies

• Exceptional ability to navigate complex interfaces and global structures

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach

• Advanced analytical skills and decisiveness, even in uncertain situations

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities at an international level

• Experience interacting with demanding stakeholders and in intercultural environments
