This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead product development projects for Enovis’ ASTRA™ Enabling Technologies platform, concentrating on knee arthroplasty solutions.

• Convert surgeon feedback and clinical insights into product specifications and development priorities.

• Foster collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams from initial concept to final launch.

• Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and technology evaluations.

• Create and manage product roadmaps and perform gap analyses.

• Define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies in collaboration with downstream marketing.

• Design training materials, sales tools, and technical documentation.

• Provide product forecasts and work with operations and supply chain on demand planning.

• Act as a clinical and technical resource for sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

• Assist in the development of new product materials, launches, promotions, messaging, product line maintenance, production planning, training, and field sales tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales.

• At least 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing or equivalent medical device sales experience.

• Strong preference for experience in upstream product development.

• Previous clinical exposure to or participation in technology-enabled knee arthroplasty.

• Proficient in digital tools.

• Experience managing multiple complex projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.

• Experience working with global teams and diverse market needs.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% both domestically and internationally.

• Valid US passport or the capability to obtain one.

• Ability to travel freely within and outside the United States.

• Must possess full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
