Global Transient Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture partnerships while targeting high-value accounts to enhance room nights, ADR, and market share.

• Oversee and refine high-profile global transient programs in collaboration with Sales Directors.

• Ensure the accuracy of account data across GDS, PMS, account extranets, and brand websites.

• Represent the MGM Resorts portfolio at international tradeshows and assist in partnership negotiations.

• Act as the main point of contact for travel agents, agencies, and elite clientele, addressing complex service inquiries.

• Coordinate pre-arrival processes with hotel operations teams for VIP guests.

• Evaluate competitive landscapes and market trends, providing actionable reports and insights.

• Implement pricing strategies and oversee rate-loading processes in conjunction with Hotel Operations, Call Centers, Luxury Reservations, and Finance.

• Identify, assess, and direct high-yield group opportunities of 10 or more rooms per night.

• Host premier FAM trips and inform partners about services, local activities, and property amenities.

• Manage transient sales initiatives, monitor progress, identify risks, and help mitigate impacts on budget and timelines.

• Relay project milestones, budget updates, and timeline modifications to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Hotel Sales or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to effectively engage, influence, and present to large audiences in client forums and executive environments.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
