This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Onboard all new team members by training them on their daily job functions, internal processes, policies, procedures, and proprietary systems, while offering employment recommendations based on their demonstrated skills and performance during the training period.
• Proactively create, maintain, and enhance training curricula, materials, manuals, and learning resources to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and effective.
• Design, conduct, and assess instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new hires and current staff, applying adult learning principles.
• Evaluate learner competency through observation, coaching, role-play, quality reviews, and performance evaluations, providing prompt feedback and recommendations.
• Identify training and development requirements through quality audits, performance trends, and monitoring activities, and develop targeted educational interventions to bridge performance gaps.
• Develop, coordinate, and lead ongoing education and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical knowledge, technical skills, and service quality.
• Keep accurate training records, competency assessments, attendance, and documentation of employee progress.
• Measure training effectiveness using learner feedback, quality metrics, operational data, and performance outcomes, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Provide continuous coaching to new hires and employees to reinforce learning, enhance performance, and support successful integration into their roles.
• Communicate effectively with managers about employee progress, development needs, competency assessments, and training recommendations.
• Regularly update training manuals, job aids, and educational materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and systems.
• Address team members and customer needs promptly, professionally, and collaboratively to promote a positive team environment.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while managing multiple training initiatives and competing priorities.
• Collaborate with management, account management, quality, and operational leaders on client presentations, special projects, and initiatives designed to enhance operational and clinical performance.
• Organize staff development seminars and educational initiatives that align with ComPsych's quality standards, clinical excellence, and organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering training, coaching, or facilitating adult learning programs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach employees to enhance performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
• Capability to adapt training strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is a plus.
• Familiarity with mental health and behavioral health concepts is an advantage.
