Global Technical Manager – Sterilization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Supervise the sterilization processes associated with medical devices and offer technical assistance pertaining to sterilization.

• Serve as the line manager and guide the team of MDR Product Assessors-Sterilization.

• Create, uphold, and execute sterilization QMS documentation linked to the conformity assessment process for medical devices.

• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate team performance, implementing corrective measures promptly and providing regular updates to the Head of Operations.

• Foster continuous improvement by recognizing and applying process efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the medical device sector (minimum of 5 years in sterile medical device research and development and/or manufacturing).

• 5 years of experience as a MDR and/or IVDR medical device Lead Auditor / Product Assessor – Sterilization within a Notified Body.

• 2 years of leadership experience.

• Proven experience in technical decision-making and expert-level problem-solving abilities.

• Background in competence management, training, or qualification of technical staff.

• Experience in supporting or leading global or cross-functional teams.
