This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• **What You'll Do:**
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of global logistics service providers (LSPs), encompassing sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract termination.
• Identify and acquire new warehouse facilities and logistics partners that align with business growth and operational needs.
• Lead RFIs/RFQs, negotiate rates, and conduct annual re-negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness, service excellence, and supply security.
• Develop and manage supplier contracts, pricing frameworks, and procurement strategies in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Establish and nurture strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance (e.g., QBRs), KPIs, and cost savings, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Coordinate the establishment and implementation of new service centers, distribution hubs, and global logistics operations, including ramp-up and ramp-down strategies.
• Standardize and enhance procurement processes, tools, and documentation, contributing to digitalization and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key cross-functional collaborator, aligning procurement efforts with business forecasts, operations, maintenance, and development projects.
• Facilitate warehouse and supply chain process enhancements to boost efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Manage procurement-related administrative tasks, including rate uploads, invoice and claims resolution, and infrastructure coordination (e.g., hardware, temperature mapping).
• Serve as a point of escalation for operational and structural challenges across warehouse and logistics networks.
• **What You'll Bring:**
• Proven experience in supplier management and strategic procurement.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GDP, GMP) and cold chain logistics protocols.
• Strong skills in tender management, contract negotiation, pricing discussions, and supplier performance oversight.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes and procurement best practices.
• Previous experience in a multinational company and collaboration with international partners.
• Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on cost, risk, and corporate objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; proficient in collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Practical mindset with a robust process-oriented approach.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
