Global Study Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and take responsibility for Civia's global study delivery function, establishing benchmarks for operational excellence, developing high-performing delivery capabilities, and ensuring all studies are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the quality and expectations of clients.

• Collaborate closely with in-country delivery teams to maintain a consistent, high standard across every study and region.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding delivery, fostering trust and ensuring all commitments are fulfilled.

• Oversee project management excellence throughout Civia, holding internal teams accountable for their delivery responsibilities.

• Take direct and decisive action whenever delivery performance is jeopardized.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience with a profound understanding of clinical trial delivery and its interdependencies.

• Proven history of achieving strategic and operational goals.

• Demonstrated ability to design, document, implement, and scale delivery and project management systems.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, GCP, GDPR, and operational practices.

• High level of analytical and financial proficiency — capable of establishing baselines, forecasts, and KPIs that are reliable.

• Experience with platforms like CRIO, HubSpot, and Monday.com.

• B.S. or B.A.; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous. A degree in a science-related field is preferred.
