This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the category strategy, growth roadmap, and performance for the Implants or Clear Aligner category throughout the PortmanDentex network.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance patient demand, treatment uptake, and clinical utilization.
• Convert strategic priorities into commercial initiatives and execution plans across practices.
• Serve as the internal category expert for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Leads, clinical subject matter experts, and practice teams to implement category initiatives.
• Create implementation plans that support the adoption of treatments, technologies, and pathways.
• Engage with clinicians and practice teams to share best practices and facilitate capability development.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Work alongside procurement to optimize supplier value, training support, and practice adoption.
• Identify emerging technologies, treatment solutions, and service models.
• Propel scalable clinical and operational workflows for implant or clear aligner treatments.
• Assist in adoption planning, training, and engagement efforts across practices.
• Monitor category performance, trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Leverage data and insights to guide commercial decisions and improvement initiatives.
• Track delivery metrics and the realization of benefits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Procurement, and Clinical teams.
• Support marketing campaigns, training initiatives, and reporting frameworks.
• Establish a category growth strategy and a delivery roadmap.
• Implement scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows across practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences, or Health Sciences.
• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in category management, program management, or commercial project delivery.
• Ideally, experience in a structured or blue-chip organization.
• Capability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage clinicians, operational teams, and senior leaders effectively.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Proficient in interpreting data to drive performance improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and delivery skills.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device sectors is preferred.
• Experience supporting service lines, treatment pathways, or healthcare categories is desired.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
• Experience in multi-site service or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Background in premium, clinically led services or high-value treatment pathways is a plus.
• Understanding of implant or orthodontic treatment pathways and technologies is desired.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland is required.
