This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee change management initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring thorough documentation and quality assurance.
• Assist countries in embracing the global sales template while ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Create process models, develop training materials, and conduct workshops to empower key users.
• Prepare business cases for the Global Sales Transformation roadmap and aid in project capacity planning (e.g., using Meisterplan).
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to identify and address process gaps.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales transformation or as a business process professional within international organizations, specifically in global sales and pre-sales.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into system specifications and effectively manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in driving improvements across regions while supporting both operational tasks and long-term transformation projects.
• Profound understanding of end-to-end sales processes, change management, and user enablement is crucial.
• Practical experience with SAP environments (preferably S/4HANA and/or SAP C4C).
• Full professional proficiency (C1 level) in both English and German.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional experts and global process owners to align local requirements with global strategic standards.
