Global Project Specialist – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination among project team members to ensure effective collaboration between various departments and timely delivery of outputs.

• Hold regular planning and status meetings with project teams as required to monitor progress and pinpoint challenges.

• Skillfully use and apply IT PMO practices, procedures, and tools across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Identify and propose solutions to project teams and sponsors regarding common challenges and risks encountered in projects.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance project delivery and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's (2-year) degree or a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in project management with a solid grasp of systems architectures and business processes.

• Proven ability to lead project-related activities with minimal oversight and demonstrate sound judgment in escalating issues.

• Familiarity with stakeholder management principles and fundamental communication techniques, including verbal, written, and visual methods.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a strong dedication to continuous learning and emotional intelligence.
