Global Project Manager – Physical Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate, plan, execute, oversee, and implement projects aligned with customer objectives.

• Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.

• Construct, maintain, and monitor project timelines.

• Document, categorize, and resolve project-related issues.

• Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Supervise project progress from start to finish, including permits, material delivery, contracting, and subcontractor management.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain installation timelines and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.

• Address project challenges and involve the necessary resources to lessen impacts.

• Organize and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting tasks.

• Oversee multiple small to large-scale projects simultaneously across the Southeast without supervision.

• Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.

• Handle and implement project change orders.

• Engage in extensive travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in security and project management.

• Capability to interact with all levels of management.

• Strong technical aptitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Background in the construction sector and security industry.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.

• Solid technical understanding of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion technologies and tools.

• Experience with LenelS2 and Milestone is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
