Global Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of Account Plans that clearly articulate objectives, projects aimed at achieving those objectives, relevant measurements or KPIs to track progress, and ensure accountability from all parties, including the customer, regarding actions necessary to enhance overall program health.

• Oversee monthly business reviews and assist in quarterly business reviews to promote ongoing improvement and program maturity, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

• Collaborate with team members to collect essential information that supports business cases and evaluates the current state, along with proposing improvements.

• Identify growth potential and partner with the Account Manager/Executive to formulate growth strategies and articulate the value proposition behind the recommendations.

• Build relationships at the executive, management, and operational levels of the customer organization.

• Monitor and escalate issues as necessary to guarantee timely resolutions.

• Aim for customer references.

• Promote product adoption by maintaining a strong competency level as an end-user.

• Assist in change management during the customer’s transition to new product or service offerings.

• Provide leadership and support for the broader operations teams that contribute to the overall health of the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing customer relationships directly.

• At least 3 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.

• Over 2 years of experience in sales and account management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate customer meetings and workshops effectively.

• Exceptional at engaging colleagues and encouraging their input.

• Exhibits a high level of communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Motivated to inspire others to take action.

• Strong sense of accountability coupled with project management skills.

• Capable of working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a time-sensitive team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
