📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends and evaluate their effects on the Transformer portfolio.

• Assess market trends, customer demands, and competitor actions to distinguish mature technologies and products.

• Review technical requirements and conduct competitive evaluations to pinpoint product gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

• Manage and refresh technical specifications for current products.

• Supervise performance enhancement initiatives through benchmarking and quality feedback mechanisms.

• Ensure adherence to international regulations and industry standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Convert market requirements into actionable inputs for the product roadmap and assist in new product development.

• Create and present technical communication materials for product launches and market positioning.

• Design and deliver product training sessions for cross-functional teams.

• Guarantee compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a comparable role within the transformers or energy sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of energy solutions and industry technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to perform market analysis and competitive evaluations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
