Global Product Specialist – Dry Type Transformers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth technical analysis of markets and segments to identify trends and evaluate their effects on the transformer portfolio.

• Assess technical requirements and execute competitive evaluations to identify product deficiencies and areas for enhancement.

• Administer and refresh technical specifications for current products to maintain market relevance and value.

• Lead initiatives for performance enhancement through benchmarking and quality feedback.

• Ensure adherence to international regulations and industry standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Facilitate new product development by converting market demands into actionable insights for the product roadmap and technical specifications.

• Create and deliver technical communication materials to assist with product launches.

• Design and conduct engaging training sessions to empower cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 7 years of experience in R&D, product or technology development, or engineering related to dry type transformers, or a comparable position within the transformers or energy sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of dry type transformers, energy solutions, and relevant industry technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to perform market analysis and competitive evaluations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in English.
