This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership and manage the global product roadmap for the comPAS PFT Solutions portfolio.
• Convert user requirements, clinical insights, workflow necessities, and both software and hardware technical aspects into well-defined product strategies and requirements.
• Establish, prioritize, and oversee software and hardware product requirements, ensuring clarity for development, quality, regulatory, and operational teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Software Development, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Steer product developments through Vitalograph’s Product Approval & Change Evaluation process, with a strong emphasis on product quality, usability, compliance, and customer value.
• Organize product readiness efforts, which include internal communication, release planning, training contributions, and launch preparation.
• Track product performance, customer satisfaction, competitor actions, and market trends to uncover opportunities for product enhancement.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities from initial concept through development, release, optimization, and eventual retirement.
• Evaluate customer complaints, post-market surveillance, usability feedback, and Voice of Customer data to guide product decisions and recommendations.
• Act as the representative for the product portfolio in discussions with customers and partners, workshops, and industry events where product insight, user feedback, or technical product knowledge is necessary.
• Extensive product management experience in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences, showcasing experience in both software and hardware products.
• Experience in managing connected software and hardware product portfolios, preferably involving diagnostic devices, embedded systems, platforms, applications, or related healthcare technologies.
• Proven track record in developing and sustaining product roadmaps, requirements, and lifecycle plans.
• Background working within regulated medical device or healthcare technology environments.
• Strong capabilities in product strategy, requirements management, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in interpreting user needs, clinical workflows, usability feedback, and technical limitations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities across technical, clinical, operational, and customer-facing teams.
• Customer-centered, evidence-based decision-making approach.
