Global Process Owner – Requisition to Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, own, and drive the vision, strategy, and operational excellence of the global Requisition to Pay process across 100+ countries within a matrix environment.

• Define, own, and enhance the comprehensive global process strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

• Advocate for standardization, global scalability, and process harmonization while considering local regulatory requirements.

• Lead the formulation of global policies, frameworks, KPIs, and taxonomies.

• Implement strategies with tactical discipline, guided by developed roadmaps that encompass key enabling elements.

• Design and support the rollout of significant transformation programs (e.g., ERP migrations, AI-driven automation, GBS expansions).

• Integrate digital innovations (e.g., RPA, AI, process mining) into the foundational process strategy.

• Develop global performance metrics (SIPOC based model), targets, and frameworks for value realization.

• Maintain a relentless focus on cost optimization, efficiency, cycle time reduction, and service quality.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and benchmarking.

• Establish a robust governance structure to ensure end-to-end compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ESG reporting).

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Over 15 years in global process management, transformation, or GBS leadership roles.

• Experience as a process owner for procure-to-pay with knowledge of source-to-pay.

• Industries: Experience within multinational corporations (MNCs) or large matrixed organizations with revenues exceeding $5B.

• Systems: Proficiency with ERP (SAP, Oracle), BPM tools, Automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Analytics (PowerBI, Celonis), compliance platforms, warehousing, precision time protocol, and workflow digitalization.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.

• Strategic process thinking - ability to connect process excellence to business outcomes.
